Blackbird Creek Fall Festival

Halloween Ghost Ship at Kalmar Nyckel Shipyard

18th Century Trades Day

Stop by and see what it was like back in the 1700s. Try your hand at dying fabric, preserving food, molding bricks out of clay, and more!  

Downtown Dover’s Parade and Safe Trick-or-Treat

Date: Friday, October 25, 2019

Time:  Parade begins 5:30 p.m. and Trick-or-Treating is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Enjoy a festive Halloween parade. Stay after the parade for trick or treating with firefighter, police and local businesses!

Governor’s Halloween Family Fun Fest

Bridgeville Apple Scrapple Festival

30th Annual Sea Witch® Festival

Dates: Friday, October, 25 – Sunday, October 27, 2019

Time: Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This festival is one of the most unique in the state! Experience a costume parade, trick or treating, hayrides, vendor area, and free live entertainment on the bandstand all weekend long!
